Delivery and Payment Terms
Gudenaa Pharma accept payment by credit / VISA, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will be debited to your account once it is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.
Gudenaa Pharma uses an approved payment server, which encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information.
Gudenaa Pharma delivers on all weekdays, with orders received before noon. 14:00. You will receive your goods within three working days to any danish address if there are no unforeseen delays with our package deliverer, or if the product is not sold out. When selling to wholesalers it may take longer.
There are given 2 years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and / or workmanship. You must contact us as soon as possible via mail email@example.com if you discover an error.
The claim does not apply to defects or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Gudenaa Pharma will cover shipping costs to a reasonable extent if the error comes from us.

If agreed refund, so please send in your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
There given 14-day return policy on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period runs from the date you receive the order.
Return shipments, you must bear.
The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 after the purchase and the cancellation must be in no later than 14 days after return shipment.
The notification shall be made by. mail on firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Grading, when you send it back:
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. We do not accept returned goods, the packaging is broken, unless you find defects.
If the product is proven beyond what is outlined above, we consider it as used, which means that you know the chagrin of the acquisition will have none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must see and hold the item, but do not take it in actual use.
